Fried Plantains

Savoury pan fried plantains. A perfect side to any protein source, especially eggs!
  • 1 large green plantain, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Sea salt
  1. Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. When ghee is melted and hot, add plantains to pan, evenly spread out
  3. Lightly season with sea salt and cook until plantains are golden on one side
  4. Flip and cook until golden on the other side
  5. Remove from heat and enjoy immediately!
