Recipe Type: Side dish
Savoury pan fried plantains. A perfect side to any protein source, especially eggs!
- 1 large green plantain, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp ghee
- Sea salt
- Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
- When ghee is melted and hot, add plantains to pan, evenly spread out
- Lightly season with sea salt and cook until plantains are golden on one side
- Flip and cook until golden on the other side
- Remove from heat and enjoy immediately!
