HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT:
There’s got to be a better way.
If you have, you’re in the right place because I believe the exact same.
There is a better way to support your health and care for your body – and nature has always held the answers we’ve been looking for.
Essential oils entered my life in 2015 when I was ready to begin taking radical responsibility for the way I took care of myself – mentally, emotionally, and physically.
DID YOU KNOW?
Essential oils are more than pretty smells
It’s no secret that essential oils smell amazing and are the perfect, safe alternative to candles and perfumes, but essential oils also have the ability to:
- Protect and strengthen the immune system
- Support digestive health
- Encourage healthy inflammatory responses
- Assist in natural detoxification and liver health
- Balance hormones
- Promote relaxation and deepen sleep
- Improve skin, hair, and nail health
- Balance and stabilize mood and emotions
- Strengthen spiritual connection
- Add flavour, antioxidants, and health benefits to cooking
This is just a short list of ways you can benefit from using essential oils. Although they are referred to as “alternative medicine”, they have been used for centuries and are truly our original medicine.
THERE ARE THREE WAYS TO USE AN ESSENTIAL OIL:
Aromatically: When inhaled, essential oils are quickly absorbed and connect with one of the most powerful areas of the brain: the limbic system. This is how our mood, emotions, and mental health can be almost immediately impacted through simple inhalation of an essential oil.
Topically: Applying your essential oils topically is an effective way to target specific areas of the body, such as localized joint and muscle pain, but also digestive health, and head tension. Combining your essential oil with a carrier oil is a safe and effective way to experience the benefits of your essential oils through topical application.
Internally: Certain essential oils can be taken internally as a dietary supplement or used in recipes in place of dried herbs and spices. Not all essential oils are created equally, so it is important to use 100% pure essential oils before ever using them internally.
