As you’ll hear, Abby didn’t fit the “usual hypothalamic amenorrhea mold” as she wasn’t underweight, had a “normal BMI”, and was eating over 2,500 calories/day. In this episode, we talk about what HA recovery looked like for her, the changes she needed to make, and how she’s able to train hard today while keeping her monthly period (and ovulation!)
