Kayla has first hand experience with burnout and is passionate about guiding women through their own health journeys to avoid experiencing it for themselves. Kayla and I also discuss the importance of mindset and doing THE WORK while moving through your health journey as it’s likely the one thing you need to do in order to fully heal.
